You can use it for biceps or any exercise that doesn't require you to stretch above your shoulder. at this price point this is what you get. good to experience resistance band with this one and then eventually you can move towards a costlier one which will give you more elasticity and you don't have to fear about tearing the bands.

The bands have limited durability. If you pull them more than it can take, they will snap like mine did. Worked fine for a month. The more you use it the more you get used to it and eventually you'll pull harder which will break it. Its ok for beginners but totally not worth it after a month's use.
