Quality wise the product is not upto the expectations but still would be preferable cheap alternate for other expensive body exercise tools. I got the product for 180 rs and i moderately use it and is helpful in toning your muscles.

The bands have limited durability. If you pull them more than it can take, they will snap like mine did. Worked fine for a month. The more you use it the more you get used to it and eventually you'll pull harder which will break it. Its ok for beginners but totally not worth it after a month's use.
