How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate return for your order, Login to Stayhit.com, Go to My Account section, Click on return order and follow the instructions.

For items to be eligible for return, they must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in new, unused condition and must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Returns should include all original accessories and documentation.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of your return request, we will furnish you with a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be credited to the payment method you have mailed us while returning the order.
