1. Seller Registration
To get started as a seller on Stayhit, simply fill out the form below with your basic details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Password
- Store Name
Once you’ve completed the form, click on the “Register” button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your setup. It’s quick and easy!
2. Product Listing
You have two options for listing your products on Stayhit:
- List Products Yourself: Use our tools and support to efficiently list your products, including bulk upload options and detailed guidelines.
- Hire Our Team: If you prefer, you can hire our team to handle the product listing for you, ensuring everything is set up correctly and professionally.
3. Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped by the vendor through their own courier service. Vendors must ship products within 3 working days after receiving an order. Delays in shipping may result in a penalty of up to ₹100 per order. It is important to adhere to this policy to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
Once the product is shipped, please update the tracking details on your dashboard to ensure that the customer receives timely updates on their order. It is important to adhere to this policy to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Payment Processing
For orders shipped by vendors, the collection of Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts will be handled directly by the vendor through their courier partner. If an order is made with advance payment, the payment will be held by Stayhit and released to the vendor 7 days after the order is delivered.
For COD orders, vendors are required to pay the margin to Stayhit. For prepaid orders, Stayhit will pay the order amount to the vendor after deducting the margin.
All payments will be processed every Saturday. This ensures a smooth and timely financial transaction for all parties involved.

We provide clear guidelines to help you stay compliant with Stayhit’s platform policies and industry standards. Adhering to these guidelines ensures that your operations align with our requirements and maintain a high level of service for our customers.
